The 10G X2-to-SFP+ interface converter (X2-SFP+ adapter) allows modern SFP+ (10 Gb/s) optical transceivers to be used in equipment with X2 (10 Gb/s) ports. SFP+ Copper, SFP+ Duplex, SFP+ WDM, SFP+ CWDM, and SFP+ DWDM modules can be used.

In our view, purchasing a X2-to-SFP+ converter is a more efficient solution than purchasing a X2 transceiver.
